This Privacy Policy describes the types of information GSG AveriGo LLC (“GSG AveriGo” or “we”) collects and how we use, disclose, retain, and delete that information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the GSG AveriGo Terms of Use. By using or registering with AveriGo or GrabScanGo websites or mobile apps, you expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and deletion of your information as described herein. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; the revision date will appear on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and store the following:

  • Email address, IP address, and physical contact information.
  • Scrapbooks, comments, reviews, images, uploaded content, messages, and correspondence.
  • Usage data such as page views, browser or device data, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and authenticate your use of GrabScanGo services.
  • Improve user experience, analyze usage, and deliver personalized content.
  • Communicate administrative notices and promotional offers (you may opt out of marketing messages unless required for service operations).

We may share your information:

  • With affiliates under similar privacy standards.
  • With service providers for operational support.

  • With acquirers in case of a business transaction.

4. Payment and Security

  • We do not store your full debit or credit card numbers. We store only non-sensitive card details (type, expiration date, last four digits) solely to facilitate payments via our payment processor, Apriva.
  • We use industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolutely perfect protection.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

If you choose to delete your account:

  • All personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, IP address, and profile data) will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • If requested, your email address will also be deleted.

However, we may retain non-personal business records, such as transaction data, for legitimate operational, legal, or audit purposes. Once your email is deleted, these records will no longer be associated with any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to re-identify you.

These retained records:

  • Are used only for business continuity, support documentation, and compliance.
  • Are not used for marketing, profiling, or account recreation.

If you wish for your email address to be removed along with your account, you may check the “Delete All My Info” option in the in-app account deletion flow.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data under applicable law.
  • To delete your account or request full erasure of retained records, please follow the in-app process or submit a request to our support team.

7. Transfers and Third-Party Links

  • Your information may be transferred to servers or service providers in other countries.
  • Our website may contain links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you specific rights regarding your personal information.
