If you choose to delete your account:
- All personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, IP address, and profile data) will be permanently removed from our systems.
- If requested, your email address will also be deleted.
However, we may retain non-personal business records, such as transaction data, for legitimate operational, legal, or audit purposes. Once your email is deleted, these records will no longer be associated with any personally identifiable information and cannot be used to re-identify you.
These retained records:
- Are used only for business continuity, support documentation, and compliance.
- Are not used for marketing, profiling, or account recreation.
If you wish for your email address to be removed along with your account, you may check the “Delete All My Info” option in the in-app account deletion flow.

Optional website tools stay off until you enable them. Cookies and similar technologies, including browser storage, can record device identifiers, page visits and interactions. - Marketing and measurement: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola and SMBcrm website tracking measure visits and marketing and support advertising. These tools load together through the site's marketing controls. Turning this category off opts this browser out of these tools, including sale, sharing and targeted advertising through them.
- Feedback: Userback provides the optional website feedback widget and may collect browser and page details with feedback.
- Embedded videos: YouTube and Vimeo receive browser and page information when their players load. With this category off, videos remain links that you may open directly on their provider's site.
- Required functions and requested forms: We store your choices locally in your browser. Contact and subscription forms load through SMBcrm to provide the service you request. Those cross-origin forms use their provider's scripts and may use separate cookies; the website's optional tracking switches do not control the form provider's internal scripts.
When your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), we honor it by turning marketing and measurement off, including sale, sharing and targeted advertising through those tools. Settings show when the signal is honored. You may still choose feedback and embedded videos. Removing the signal does not restore a previous marketing permission.
Choices apply to this browser on this website. We retain opt-outs until you change them and request a new choice when a saved permission is more than twelve months old. Clearing browser storage removes saved choices; if storage is unavailable, choices may last only for the current page. Optional tools default to off when no valid choice is available.
Changing a choice may reload the page to stop tools already running. We remove known optional cookies accessible to this website where possible.
